Week 6 #13, #14 and #15

#13: Learn about tagging and discover Del.icio.us

I found the amount of information overwhelming. Bookmarking requires time to categorise when you have a large number of wedsites to source.

Therefore, it has the potential to be used for efficient organising of website search.

#14: Explore Technorati and learn how tags work with blog posts.

Found Technorati well organised and easy to navigate. Abundant blogs to access into.

However, when I typed "Classroom learning 2.0" the keyword search did not work.

The videos were also interesting.

#15: Copyright, Creative Commons and What's coming Down the Web2.0 Road

The video "A Fair(y) Use Tale" was entertaining and informative.

Also read the copyright comic book developed by students at Duke University Law School. Very enlightening. However, found some of the wordings a little small.

Could not access the YouTube view on "Wanna Work Together" about Creative Commons.

Well it looks like we are on the road to more users creating their own content even in Library 2.0.

Having to read from the computer screen for 2 hours or more is very tiring due to small wordings and limitation of the screen space.

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to facilitators and classmates of Classroom 2.0.

With warmest regards,

Dorene
